In creating my hand-colored originals, I begin with black and white photography. The images are custom-printed on fiber-based paper, then painstakingly hand-colored using dyes, oils, and oil pencils. Each photograph is selectively painted, allowing some of the black-and-white tones to remain. Images may be ordered in the following sizes:
